Updated: Oct 5
SMPD, along with eight other Law Enforcement Agencies passed out free BBQ plates in Wimberley, Kyle/Buda, San Marcos, and Dripping Springs in the summer of 2020. Police officers and volunteers helped cook, assemble, and give away approximately 5,000 plates
of delicious BBQ. Many thanks to the CPAAA volunteers who braved the heat to help make these events successful!
1500 plates of BBQ were distributed in San Marcos.
